So it might not be very PC but I roped in some help to bottle the first keg of caffreys... She was brilliant! The beer though I'm not so sure. The gravity was only about 118 (needs to be 110 really) but its not moved in a week. I think the weather done it in with the yeast sitting on top out of the mix, and the mix itself seemed to have a fair amount of "stuff" at the bottom. Bottled 24 bottles though! I mean how bad can it be...
